Booking:

Reservations for up to 8 guests can be made on our website.
In some cases, larger groups may need to be split across multiple tables.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate bookings for groups of 8 guests or fewer.
Please notify us of any changes to your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

Duration:

Each booking is for a 90-minute experience
Let us know if you need more time in advance, so our team can do their best to accommodate.

Arrival:

Your reservation is held for 15 minutes.
Late arrivals should inform us to avoid cancellation.

Seating:

Outdoor deck seating is first-come, first-served.
Surcharge applies on public holidays.

Important to note:

Guests are responsible for any damages incurred.
Children are welcome but must remain supervised.
Bringing your own cake requires prior approval and may incur a fee.

Cancellation:

Please give us 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
